We process this data to respond to your enquiry and, where a trading relationship follows, to administer that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact unless a trading relationship is established, in which case records are retained for the period required by UK tax and company law.
