Our commitment on pricing
We trade to brand pricing policy. Where you operate a MAP or RRP policy, we treat it as a condition of supply, not a suggestion:
- We price at or above your stated minimum across every channel we operate
- We monitor our own listings and correct deviations without being asked
- We do not use loss-leader pricing, bundling or multipack workarounds to undercut a policy
- We do not supply onward to resellers we cannot identify
Channel transparency
We will tell you every channel we intend to list on before we place an order. If you restrict a channel, operate an exclusive there, or have an existing partner you want protected, we will work within that or we will not take the account. We would rather lose an order than damage a brand's channel and lose the relationship.
Sourcing and documentation
- Purchases only from brands direct, authorised distributors, or established UK wholesalers
- Full invoice trail retained for every unit, available to brand partners on request
- Batch and expiry recorded for dated lines, FEFO rotation
- No grey-market, parallel or unverifiable stock

- Trading since January 2024, with quarter-on-quarter growth since launch
- Six-figure annual turnover, VAT registered
- Self-funded stock purchasing — no external finance dependency on opening orders
- Four active categories across HBA, grocery, household and general merchandise

What we are looking for
We are interested in long-term supply relationships on repeatable, fast-moving lines rather than one-off closeout deals. Ideally:
- Consistent availability on core SKUs
- Clear trade terms and a published price list
- A defined channel policy we can operate inside
