Compliance
The standards we trade to, and what brand partners can expect from us.
Authorised sourcing
We purchase only from brands direct, authorised distributors, and established UK wholesalers. Every purchase is invoiced and retained. We do not trade in grey-market, parallel-imported or unverifiable goods.
Pricing policy compliance
We operate to the MAP, RRP and pricing policies of every brand we carry, across all channels, and we monitor our own listings for compliance. Where a brand notifies us of a deviation, we correct it immediately.
Product safety and labelling
We supply goods intended for the UK market, with UK-compliant labelling, ingredient and allergen information, and safety marking as applicable to each category. Dated stock is rotated first-expiry-first-out and we do not knowingly supply short-dated goods without disclosure.
Anti-counterfeit
We take counterfeit goods seriously. Any line where provenance cannot be established is not purchased. Where a brand raises a concern about a unit we have supplied, we will quarantine affected stock and provide the full purchase trail immediately.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Modern slavery and ethical trading
We expect our suppliers to comply with applicable UK employment, health and safety and modern slavery legislation, and we will not knowingly trade with a supplier found to be in breach.
